The 7 Days game plan

So much to do and so little time. The key to success is to work your plan and plan your work.
How about giving each day of the week a specific focus?
Here's my 7 Days game plan!
Start your week with a generous punch of motivation. Read quotes, an inspiring book or positive news and get pumped: a brand new week is starting and it's the chance to create new miracles!
Team Work Tuesday
Today your focus is all your communities, be it at work, with your friends, your gym, your sports team, family... involve a group of people to work on a project, finish a task or anything else. Promote team work and the participation of everyone.
Work out Wednesday
Time to sweat! Go for a run or to the gym, play squash or basketball. Whatever it is, get a good work out. This will help you release any stress of the early week and energize you for the rest of the week.
Throw Back Thursday
Have a look back at your life and see where you were a few years or months ago. Looking at the past helps us to appreciate the present so we can realize how much we have progressed.
The last day of the week at work, take it easy and make it a fun day! It's a great day to do some crazy activities: play video games, social drinks... or what about an after work drink with your friend? Let loose! Yes, Friday is celebration time!
Start something Saturday
Now it's time to focus on something you've always said that you'd do but never started. This could be a side project to earn extra cash, learning how to play an instrument, learning a new language, painting the baby's room... block a bit of time for this every Saturday so it will move forward.
Set your plan Sunday
Finally, Sunday is here. A great day to relax and enjoy family. Let's avoid any stress of the idea of going back to work the next day by setting an action plan for the coming week: what will you focus on? What will you achieve? Get yourself excited for what you're about to accomplish and you'll see: You'll be on fire on Monday morning!
