Have you ever heard about Emotional Intelligence? Probably.
It is getting more and more common to consider it to improve relationships with each and all areas of our life: private, social and of course, at work.
To briefly define Emotional Intelligence, it is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions as well as the emotions of others.
